Who we are

A global network of lawyers who'd rather be judged by outcomes than by hours.

OUR STORY

We got tired of watching great founders pay for slow, expensive, and uncertain legal work.

The traditional law firm model wasn't built for startups. It was built for large corporations with legal departments, budgets measured in six figures, and time measured in quarters. Founders don't have that. They have a runway, a deadline, and a co-founder agreement they need reviewed by Thursday. Marketplaces were supposed to fix this. They didn't. They just made it easier to find a cheaper, faster, equally uncertain version of the same problem. So we built something different. A curated network of lawyers who actually understand what you're building — and a model where you know what it costs before we start, not after we finish. Fixed fees. Clear scope. And a guarantee: if the work isn't right, we fix it. No new invoice. No explanation needed.

WHY IT MATTERS

We're not a law firm. We're not a marketplace. We're not an AI.

vs. traditional firms

No billable hours. No 'the partner will be in touch' delays. No invoice that arrives three weeks after the work with a line item you've never heard of. You agree on a price before we start. That's the price.

vs. legal marketplaces

Marketplaces let anyone sign up. We vet every lawyer in our network — their qualifications, their startup experience, their communication style. If a client isn't satisfied with the work, we take full responsibility and fix it, even if that means reassigning to a different lawyer. The marketplace model puts the risk on you. We carry it.

vs. AI legal tools

AI legal tools are useful for some things. Advising a founder on the structure of their Series A round, navigating the EU AI Act, or defending against a trademark claim are not those things. We use AI where it makes us faster. We use lawyers where it matters. No hallucinations, no misread precedents, no generated clause that's never been tested in court.

WHERE WE'RE HEADED

Building a network with no borders, and no shortcuts.

We're adding new markets every few months. Not because growth is the goal, but because the founders we work with keep expanding — and they shouldn't have to go looking for a new legal partner every time they open a new office, hire in a new country, or close a round in a new jurisdiction. We're also selective. Not every lawyer who applies joins the network. Not every client inquiry becomes a project. We turn down work that doesn't match our standards or our model. That's a choice — and it's what keeps the quality consistent on both sides. If you're a founder building something worth protecting, or a lawyer who'd rather be known for outcomes than hours, you're probably in the right place.
